Ranger Basics & Transitional Module
Held December 7th 2002

Ranger Basics was held December 7th from 8:00 am until 6 pm. The thirty leaders in attendance covered sessions one through seven of the Ranger Basics class as well as the Transitional Module. Several Commanders earned their new gold and blue Leaders Medal of Achievement (LMA) by taking advantage of the transitional LMA Option. The Transitional LMA Option allows commanders who have completed the blue and white LMA (Standard)  or red and white LMA  (Buckaroo/Straight Arrows) to attend Ranger Basics and the Transitional module and receive their new gold and blue LMA. The Heartland Conference will be offering Ranger Basics and the transitional module again in 2003. Also, the entire day was video recorded so that those who could not attend in person may still benefit from the content.

Below are some pictures from the class.
